Job Description
As our new Collections Agent/Accounts Receivable Manager, you play a crucial role in helping clients meet their financial obligations. Your tasks include, for example:
- Facturatie: Zorgen voor de juiste en tijdige uitgifte van facturen aan klanten.
- Communicatie: Onderhouden van contact met klanten over openstaande facturen en betalingsvoorwaarden.
- Betalingsbewaking: Controleren of facturen op tijd worden betaald en bijhouden van de betalingsstatus.
- Herinneringen en aanmaningen: Verzenden van herinneringen en aanmaningen aan klanten die hun facturen niet op tijd betalen.
- Rapportage: Bijhouden en rapporteren over de stand van zaken rond openstaande facturen, betaalgedrag van klanten en eventuele achterstanden.
- Samenwerking met de verkoopafdeling: Samenwerken met de verkoopafdeling om betalingsvoorwaarden te begrijpen en te helpen bij het oplossen van eventuele factuurdiscrepanties.
- Betalingsregelingen: Het treffen van regelingen met klanten die niet in staat zijn om hun facturen op tijd te betalen.
Employment type: Fulltime, Parttime, Paid course / bbl
Salary: €2.000,00 – €3.500,00 a month
Expected hours: Not less than 32 per week
